Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Section 4 — Products, Orders and Pricing

4.1 All our products are handmade 925 sterling silver jewellery and, unless stated otherwise, are made to order. Processing times vary by design and are stated on each product page. Because our pieces are handmade, minor variations in finish, texture, size, and colour are inherent and are not considered defects.

4.2 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

4.3 When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation, at which point a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders — including orders placed by the same person, account, or address, and orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4.4 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4.5 Custom / personalized orders: For engraved or customized items, your personalization details — including spelling, wording, sizing, and letter case (uppercase or lowercase) — are reproduced exactly as you submit them. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all details, including the exact case of each letter, before checkout. Errors caused by incorrect or unclear details provided by you are not eligible for free correction or return unless the item is otherwise faulty.

Section 5 — Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We do not charge or collect any taxes on orders, and no taxes will be added at checkout. Any import duties or customs charges for international orders shall be borne by the buyer.

5.2 Payment is processed through [payment methods — e.g., online banking / card / e-wallet]. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider, and their terms also apply.

5.3 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an item is incorrectly priced and you have already paid, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

6.2 Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the courier. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

6.3 For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are borne by you.

Section 7 — Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

7.1 Approved items: You may return unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to Section 7.4.

7.2 Custom / personalized items: Not returnable or exchangeable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

7.3 Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us at cfjewelrycrafts@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. We will make it right by repairing, replacing, or refunding your order.

7.4 Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Section 8 — User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

8.1 If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials ("comments"), you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use any comments you forward to us.
